Operation from Saipan Rental Shack
Please check your bag before you go to Saipan.
There are no notebook computer, headphone, paddle and message keyer for CW in the rental shack. It is all right if a necessary thing is for you in the bag.
You set up radio equipments.
And, when checking out, you settle radio equipments.
The rental shack uses a room at the HIMAWARI HOTELl. There is a big desk in which it locked in the room, and when the key is opened, radio equipments are stored.
Please settle radio equipments for the about two hours when you check out.
The type of the AC power plug.
The AC power plug of Saipan is the same as the AC plug of USA and USA. If you come from other regions, please bring the adaptor for a notebook computer, camera charger and the electric razor.
AC voltage is only 110V.
The guest who brings the high power linear amplifier is to be careful because the AC voltage of the room is only 110V.
40m(7MHz) band plan varies in Saipan according to American mainland.
Please note this including American.

Operation of digital mode.
SSTV can't be operated by radio equipments ( rigs and linear amplifier ) of the rental shack. Please bring your rigs if you want to operate SSTV.
RTTY, PSK31and PSK41 are possible. In that case, please lower the output of the rig with 500W linaer amplifie, and operate it by the output about 200W.
The 1kW output linear amplifier can't be prepared.
This power handling is limited by antennas.
The electric power-proof of the antenna is as follows.

You can't build the antenna.
You can't build the antenna of the rooftop and the hotel at the hotel on the premises. This doesn't have the built space from the hotel rather than not being permitted. And, the cable can't be easily drawn around.
The antenna of 160m can't be built.
