You can't build the antenna.
You can't build the antenna of the rooftop and the hotel at the hotel on the premises. This doesn't have the built space from the hotel rather than not being permitted. And, the cable can't be easily drawn around.
The antenna of 160m can't be built.
It is physically impossible to build the antenna of 160m at the hotel though I (=WH0DX/JM1LJS) have already received the forest of questions. This is impossible also in you and me.
This is similar for the antenna of 60m.
The upgrade of the antenna is very difficult.
The installation environment of the hotel antenna is not good though I (=WH0DX/JM1LJS) have already received the forest of questions. There is no installation space the maximum problem. And, the roof tower can't be fixed with the wire. And, strength doesn't suffice so that the roof on the kendo place may built a big antenna.
And, the antenna installation rugged is prohibited to the half of the rooftop at the hotel. This reason is that it is hotel staff's private space.
I will be constructing a best antennas composition with the situation of this tight limitation.
The 1kW output linear amplifier can't be prepared.
The AC power supply is only 110V. The electric power-proof of the antenna is as follows.

Please consider the electric power-proof of the antenna enough if you bring the 1kW output liner amplifier.

In all these situations, I (=WH0DX/JM1LJS) can't construct the rental shack where contester's are satisfied.
In this system, it might be impossible to win world wide contest. However, there might be praise if you participate in entry of low power, mono-band, and QRP section.
The reality will be caught as a reality.
Saipan rental shack policy.
I (=WH0DX/JM1LJS) temper with all circumstances, and am calling this rental shack "Keeping shack".
This is an idea of maintaining the current state without changing the rental shack at all. As a result, the amusement space of the only amateur radio is maintained in Saipan, and a low price can be presented. And, the amusement space will be maintained by keeping this situation.
